When you join a Fifth Place gathering or request event text messages, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, participation status, event assignments, and records of your consent and communications.
How we use information
We use this information to administer invitations and gatherings, provide event logistics, send requested reminders and timed participation instructions, respond to questions, maintain safety and consent records, and operate The Fifth Place.
SMS information
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes.
We may share limited personal information, including SMS opt-in or consent status, with service providers that help us deliver the requested messaging service, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers, website hosts, and technical vendors. Those providers may use the information only to provide services to The Fifth Place.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for event administration, compliance, dispute resolution, security, and legitimate operational records. You may request deletion, subject to records we must retain for legal or operational reasons.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information.
