SMS Terms and Conditions

Program description
The Fifth Place SMS program sends low-volume messages related to invitation follow-up, event logistics, participant support, and timed participation instructions during Fifth Place gatherings.
Consent
By opting in, you authorize The Fifth Place to send SMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of participation or purchase.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies by event and participation status. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out
Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that no further messages will be sent. You may opt in again through the consent form.

Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier networks and other systems outside The Fifth Place’s control.
Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date on this page.
